Plastic Components’ V Control Joints should be used in any application where a surface area is more than 144 square feet. The wide flange allows for more “keying” of the stucco. The “eyebrows” allow for the stucco to key to the “V.” Vertical joints should be attached to a stud where necessary.

Control Joints shall be Plastic Components, Inc. All exterior accessories shall be of PVC material conforming to ASTM standards D1784, C1063, and D4216-99. They shall be used where specified by the architect and installed per industry standards.
