Shipping
ebuildingproducts.com offers FREE standard shipping for orders of $500 or more within the contiguous 48 US States. Orders placed below $500 will be subject to freight charges.
Shipping & Returns Policies for eBuildingProducts.com
Shipping Charges & Policies:
- Orders outside the Continental US may incur additional freight charges. Customers will be informed and must agree to these charges before shipping.
- While we offer free shipping on select items, certain products are excluded. Contact us for more details on exclusions and expedited shipping rates.
- Deliveries to specific locations like construction sites, universities, military bases, and more may have extra fees. This is not an exhaustive list, and customers will be notified for approval of any added charges before shipping.
Billing & Shipping Issues:
- Report any shipping or billing discrepancies to our customer service within 7 days of receiving your shipment for adjustments.
- If your product arrives damaged, file a claim with the carrier within 15 days of delivery. Upon receiving, inspect items promptly. For damages noticed after unpacking, retain the shipping carton, request a carrier inspection within 72 hours, and file a claim. Noting any damage on the freight bill is crucial, as failure to do so may result in the carrier denying the claim.
Return Policies:
- Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from eBuildingProducts.com
- Standard items can be returned within 30 days. Some exclusions and a restocking fee may apply.
- If your order had free shipping, the original freight charges might be deducted from your refund.
- Ensure products are returned undamaged and in original packaging. Damaged items may not be accepted. Insure your return shipment.
- No returns are accepted 45 days post-invoice or for special orders/modified products.
- Returned checks will have a service fee.
- Defective products can be returned or swapped during the warranty. See ‘Receiving’ for damaged package claim instructions.
Payment Terms:
- 30 days net. A 1.5% monthly service charge applies to overdue balances.
