The 2-Piece Continuous Soffit Vent for Stucco and Plaster is a low-cost, simple solution when a soffit vent terminates at either the fascia board or vertical wall. Attach the vertical “F” clip to the vertical plane and insert the soffit vent into the “F” clip.

All butt joints, intersections, and ends shall be caulked at the time of installation using an elastomeric sealant such as Plastic Components’ Ultra-Tech PC-ULTW.

Soffit Vent shall be Plastic Components Inc. #_________. All exterior accessories shall be PVC material conforming to ASTM standards D1784, C1063, and D4216-99. They shall be used where specified by the architect and installed per industry standards.
