The STARTER TRAC™ with Weep Holes is a high-performance PVC base track designed for use at the base of walls and around doors and windows. It provides a clean, professional finish while allowing proper moisture drainage. The 1″ (25 mm) face return flange creates a strong bond with the base coat, and the perforations improve adhesion to both the base coat and foam. The 3″ wide nailing flange features striations for enhanced grip and secure installation. Made from exterior-grade PVC, this starter track is rust-proof, impact-resistant, and built for long-term durability. It is ideal for EIFS systems and exterior wall applications where a strong, exposed finished edge is required.
Trim-tex recommends following industry-standard installation methods. All butt joints, intersections, and ends should be caulked with elastomeric sealant during installation.
