It has a built-in drip edge that directs water away from the fascia and prevents water from running down the fascia, thereby protecting the soffit area. Surface areas have bonding grooves that enhance bonding between the base coat and the profile detail. The Soffit Drip Screed also has built-in stops to ensure the proper thickness of the base and finish.
