Karp Access Door designed the KSTC Access Door—Sesame Concealed Grid Ceiling Hatch for concealed and exposed grid ceilings. The panel opens to receive ceiling tiles.
The door panel on Sesame access doors opens to a check position for safety, then releases for a 90° opening. It is a removable door.
KSTC Access Door Specifications
- Frame: 20 gauge galvanized steel with a rib containing a flame-retardant polyurethane gasket.
- Door: 20-gauge galvanized mild steel.
- Caps: Plastic-molded escutcheon caps with hinged flaps.
- Locks: Budget locks operated with a square shared key.
