The NGP Air and Water Resistant, Gasketed Galvanized Steel Access Door Panel is ideal where moisture or air movement is a consideration. Gasketed on all four sides ensures continuation of seal.  Door panel is flush to frame with reinforced edges. The continuous stainless steel piano  hinge, allows the door panel to open 180° for easy access.

Material: Satin finish galvanized (galvannealed) steel

Panel: 16ga Satin finished galvannealed steel

Frame: 16ga Satin finished galvannealed steel with a with a(3/4”  or 1 ¼” flange.

Hinge: Continuous stainless steel piano hinge (opens to 180 degrees)

Latch: Screwdriver operated cylinder cam latch, number of latches varies with size

Gasket: Frame Gasketed on all four sides

Finish: Rust inhibitive prime coat (off white)
