JL’s single jacket 1-1/2″ fire hose in a pin rack assembly for one-person operation. This basic unit contains the entire assembly including nozzle and couplings.
Fire Hose Pin Rack Assembly Specifications
- Operation: One person operation for immediate means of fire control.
- Ratings: 100 GPM at 65 PSI at the nozzle. The hose is FM approved, industrial fog nozzle, angle valve and pin rack are UL-rated.
- 3005-3110 Models: Rated for Class II service under NFPA/FEMA Class of Service
- 3205-3212 Models: Rated for class II & class III service under NFPA/FEMA Class of Service
- 3005, 3007, 3010 Models: Include 1-1/2″ valve, 1-1/2″ hose lined with a single jacket, industrial fog nozzle, red enamel pin rack, cast brass coupling, angle valve, escutcheon, and nipple.
- 3105, 3107, 3110 Models: Include 1-1/2″ valve, 1-1/2″ hose lined with a single jacket, industrial fog nozzle, red enamel pin rack, cast brass coupling, angle valve, escutcheon, and nipple, plus chrome-plated brass fittings and chrome-plated rough brass valve.
- 3205, 3207, 3210, 3212 Models: Include 2-1/2″ valve 1-1/2″ hose lined with a single jacket, industrial fog nozzle, red enamel pin rack, cast brass coupling, angle valve, reducer, escutcheon, and nipple
