UreShell™ Urethane Hard Shell Coating is a marvelous, hard-coat, 2-part, urethane-based coating. Its average 25-minute pot life allows you to roll or brush it. It works on both interior and exterior surfaces. It leaves a hard, glossy, smooth shell finish on foam.
It works well for hardcoating foam props, backdrops, signs, molds, etc. One gallon of the UreShell™ Urethane Hard Shell Coating covers approximately 320 square feet at a five-mil thickness. It dries tan and can be finished with most paints and synthetic stucco. Use a paint primer for the highest-quality finish-coat bonding.
It provides an impact-resistant shell for numerous substrates, including EPS, insulative foams, and wood.
