UreShell™ is a marvelous hard coat, 2-part, urethane-based coating. Its average 25-minute pot life allows for rolling or brushing. Applications cover both interior and exterior surfaces. It leaves a hard, glossy, smooth shell finish on foam.
It works great to hardcoat foam props, backdrops, signs, molds, etc. One gallon covers approximately 320 sq. feet at five mil thickness. It dries to a tan color and can be finished-coated with most paints and synthetic stucco. Use paint primer for the highest-quality finish coat bonding.
Sprayable and brushable encapsulants are designed to provide an impact-resistant shell for numerous substrates, including EPS, insulative foams, and wood.
