GFRG Hinged Radius Corner Access Panel can be installed in walls and ceilings. The GFRG (glass fiber reinforced gypsum) panel and frame are “paint ready,” and you can apply any texture.
IntexForms Access Panels are made of Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) and are calibrated for 5/8″ sheetrock. For accuracy, we make panel and frame molds in the USA using computer-controlled machines.
Every panel will fit in every orientation, with even gaps on all sides, every time. IntexForms Panels include embedment in the frame so bugle head screws or torque do not fracture or crack the frames.
Split doors, oversized access panels, square corners, round or oval access doors, and gasket-sealed access doors are available. Lock-and-key, screwdriver latch, or touch-latch locking options are available.
The frames are 3 inches wide around the panel, which makes a 6-inch wider overall rough opening in the wall or ceiling.
