The FF Systems F1 Access Panel has a welded high-grade aluminum outer and inner frame that is bonded together. As a result, the System F1 Access Panel features a 1/2″ or 5/8″ drywall inlay and standard pressure-sensitive touch latches.
Additionally, F1 Access Panels 12″ x 12″ and larger include a safety system to prevent opening.  To remain safe, re-secure the safety system after each opening. The Systems F1 Access Panel can be installed like a door, opening left to right or right to left. You may add a lock to this access panel for added security.
The reveal is 1/16 inch between the outer frame and the door hatch. When you apply pressure to the spring-loaded latch side, the concealed snap opens the Systems F1 access panel.
Once installed and finished to match the surrounding walls, the System F1 Access Panel fixed hinge access panel is virtually invisible.  The interior hides the frame, latch, and hinges, leaving only a 1/16″ reveal between the frame and the access door.
Standard sizes: 8″ x 8″, 12″ x 12″, 16″ x 16″. 18″ x 18″, 20″ x 20″, 24″ x 24″, and 24″ x 36″. Door panels can be 1/2″ or 5/8″ drywall.
