The Acudor FC-H2O Aluminum Floor Doors are designed for interior and exterior applications where water tightness is not required. FC-H2O Floor Door is intended for indoor or outdoor applications where dirt and water are prevented from falling into the work area. Drainage is provided through threaded coupling in the channel.

The channel frame construction with 1-1/2″ drainage coupling and integral anchor flange is designed to be cast into concrete.

• Designed for off-street locations that may occasionally receive AASHTO H-20-44 wheel loads
• The diamond plate door panel is equipped with a flush aluminum drop handle and an automatic hold-open arm with a red vinyl grip.
• The channel frame was fabricated from aluminum extrusion with a 1-1/2″ drainage coupling and an integral 1″ anchor flange.
• Designed for interior and exterior applications where water tightness IS NOT required

• Material: Aluminum door and frame; stainless steel hinges and hardware
• Door: 1/4″aluminum diamond plate reinforced to meet AASHTO specification H2O-44 for traffic loading (16000 lb. wheel load over 10″ x 20″ area with 30% added for impact
• Frame: Channel frame fabricated from aluminum extrusion with 1-1/2″ drainage coupling and integral 1″ anchor flange
• Hinge: Stainless steel butt hinges with tamperproof stainless steel bolts and nuts
• Opening Device: The automatic hold-open arm with the red vinyl grip allows the door panel to open to 90 degrees, locking the door in the open position and allowing for easy control when closing the door panel. Stainless steel compression springs provide lift assistance
• Standard Latch: Flush Aluminum drop handle. Stainless steel slam-lock with a fixed inside handle, removable outside handle, and removable threaded plug
• Finish: mill finish with a bituminous coating applied to the exterior of the frame
