The Acudor FA-H2O Aluminum Floor Doors are for H2O loading and are designed for interior and exterior applications where dirt and water are prevented from falling into the work area.  Drainage is provided through the threaded coupling in a channel.

The FA-H2O Floor Door is for applications where water tightness is not required.

FA-H2O Floor Door Features

• Angle frame construction is designed for off-street locations that may occasionally receive AASHTO H-20-44 wheel loads.
• The angle frame construction with an integral anchor flange is designed to be cast into concrete.
• The diamond plate door panel is equipped with a flush aluminum drop handle and an automatic hold-open arm.
• Designed for interior and exterior applications where water tightness is not required

FA-H2O Floor Doors Floor Door Specifications

• Material: Aluminum door and frame; stainless steel hinges and hardware
• Door: 1/4″aluminum diamond plate reinforced to meet AASHTO specification H2O-44 for traffic loading (16000 lb. wheel load over 10″ x 20″ area with 30% added for impact)
• Frame: Ange frame fabricated from aluminum extrusion with an integral 1″ anchor flange
• Hinge: Stainless steel butt hinges with tamperproof stainless steel bolts and nuts
• Opening Device: An automatic hold-open arm with a red vinyl grip allows the door panel to open to 90 degrees, locks the door in an open position, and allows for easy control when closing the door panel.  Stainless steel compression springs provide lift assistance
• Standard Latch: Flush aluminum drop handle, Stainless steel slam-locks with a fixed inside handle, removable outside handle, and removable threaded plug
• Finish: Mill finish, with a bituminous coating applied to the exterior of the frame
