The Acudor FA-300-R aluminum floor access doors are designed for interior and exterior applications where water tightness is not required. The FA-300-Retrofit Floor Door is intended for use when the door will not be cast into concrete but bolted down into an existing opening.

• The diamond plate door panel is equipped with a flush aluminum drop handle and an automatic hold-open arm
• Angle frame construction is designed to be bolted into an existing opening
• 1/4″ aluminum diamond plate reinforced for a live load of 300 pounds/sq. ft.

FA-300-R Aluminum Floor Door Specifications

• Material: Aluminum door and frame; stainless steel hinges and hardware
• Door: 1/4″aluminum diamond plate reinforced for a live load of 300 lb./sq. ft
• Frame: Angle frame fabricated from aluminum extrusion with an integral 1″ anchor flange
• Hinge: Stainless steel butt hinges with tamperproof stainless steel bolts & nuts
• Opening Device: Automatic hold-open arm with red vinyl grip allows the door panel to open to 90 degrees. Locking the door in the open position allows easy control when closing the door panel. When required, a stainless steel compression spring can be provided to add lift assistance
• Opening Device Option: Electrical actuators, operated by wall-mounted push button switch and remote control.
• Standard Latch: Flush aluminum drop handle with staple for the padlock.
• Finish: Mill finish, with an optional bituminous coating on the exterior of the frame
