The Acudor FA-300 aluminum floor access doors are designed for interior and exterior applications where water tightness is not required. This Acudor floor access door is also available as the FA-H20 floor door (H20) loading and the FA-150 floor door (150 #/sg. ft. loading).

 FA-300 Aluminum Floor Door Features

• The angle frame construction with an integral anchor flange is designed to be cast into concrete.
• The diamond plate door panel has a flush aluminum drop handle and an automatic hold-open arm with a red vinyl grip.
• 1/4″ aluminum diamond plate door panel reinforced for a live load of 300 lb/sq. ft
• Angle frame fabricated from aluminum extrusion with an integral 1″ anchor flange
• For additional lift assistance, stainless steel compression springs can be added.
• FA-300: 1/4″aluminum diamond plate reinforced for a live load of 300 pounds/sq. ft.

FA-300 Aluminum Floor Door Specifications:

• Material: Aluminum door and frame; stainless steel hinges and hardware
• Door: 1/4″aluminum diamond plate reinforced for a live load of 300 lb./sq. Ft.
• Frame: Angle frame fabricated from aluminum extrusion with an integral 1″ anchor flange
• Hinge: Stainless steel butt hinges with tamperproof stainless steel bolts & nuts
• Opening Device: An automatic hold-open arm with a red vinyl grip allows the door panel to open to 90 degrees. Locking the door in the open position allows easy control when closing the door panel. When required, stainless steel compression springs can be provided to add lift assistance.
• Opening Assistance Option:  Available with electrical actuators, operated by wall-mounted push button switch and remote control
• Standard Latch: Flush aluminum drop handle with staple for the padlock. Optional: Recessed padlock provisions: stainless steel slam-lock
• Finish: Mill finish, with an optional bituminous coating on the exterior of the frame
